Private-preview testers can create a privacy-safe support report from the Plan2Bid account menu. It identifies the build and workspace condition without including drawings, customer names, estimate contents, passwords, or tokens.
When reporting an estimating issue
Include the project name, drawing sheet, what Atlas reported, and what an experienced estimator should have found. A cropped screenshot or clearly marked plan area is especially useful when the drawing is approved for sharing.
Installation or startup issue
Include your Windows version, the Plan2Bid build number shown in the account menu, and the exact message visible on screen. Do not send passwords or account tokens.
