Private-preview privacy notice
This plain-language notice describes the current Plan2Bid private preview. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a paid public launch.
Local project data
During the desktop preview, uploaded drawings, generated estimates, project records, and local backups are stored on the user’s computer. They are not uploaded to Plan2Bid’s website by the estimating workflow.
Accounts and support
Account approval may require basic identity and access information. Privacy-safe diagnostic reports exclude PDFs, estimate contents, customer names, passwords, tokens, and log contents unless a tester deliberately provides additional material for support.
Website operations
The hosted website may receive ordinary server and security information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps. Analytics, payments, and marketing tools will be disclosed here before they are enabled.
Retention and requests
Formal retention periods, contact information, and regional privacy rights will be finalized before paid access. Preview users can remove local projects through the application.
