Plan2Bid is developing Atlas to reduce the repetitive first-pass work in commercial HVAC estimating without hiding the drawing evidence or replacing the contractor’s experience.
Why Atlas exists
Mechanical drawing sets vary by engineer, project type, scale, notation, and revision history. Atlas is being built around that reality: read the plans, assemble a defensible first draft, and make uncertain scope easier to investigate.
The operating principle
The estimator remains responsible for the bid. Atlas should save time, preserve traceability, and improve consistency while clearly identifying assumptions and exceptions that still require professional review.

We are validating Plan2Bid against real commercial mechanical drawing sets with experienced contractors before offering production subscriptions.
